ABOUT
I’m a designer, painter, and arts writer based between Barcelona, Spain and Richmond, Virgina.
By day, I’m a Senior Product Designer at Cadence, where I lead UX and visual design across a platform that helps global teams plan and manage large-scale events. My work often sits at the intersection of systems and storytelling — from rethinking internal scheduling tools to prototyping client-facing features that support more meaningful event experiences.
Outside of work, I co-founded Tandem Magazine, a digital publication dedicated to contemporary and historical artists often overlooked by mainstream art media. My writing focuses on queer artists who challenge dominant narratives within visual culture. Recent features include an interview with painter Anthony Cudahy for Interview Magazine, a profile of Latinx photographer Manuel Cardozo for Dazed, and a conversation with nonbinary artist Eimear Walshe (Irish Pavilion, Venice Biennale) for Office Magazine.
When I’m not designing or writing, I’m painting — often drawing from myth, queerness, and fragmented landscapes. I recently completed a two-year mentorship and residency with Barcelona-based painter Isabel Rabassa, where I focused on figurative oil painting, critical theory, art history, and material experimentation. In Fall 2024, I was invited to participate in Las Meninas de Canido, an international mural festival in Spain, where I created a site-specific work reimagining classical tapestry motifs through a queer lens.
